Race Amity Mural Project

In collaboration with LexArt and the Munroe Center for the Arts, we are creating interactive moveable murals representing our communities vision of Race Amity at several locations around Lexington.

We are looking for artists to help plan, design, and oversee the creation and installation of these murals. Artists interested in submitting their designs for consideration should contact Stephanie Hsu for more information.

Mural Details

Each mural will consist of three (3) 36"x80" boards connected by hinges and on wheels. Total width will be 108".
Each mural will be primed and prepared for sketching and painting.
Paint (TBD) and brushes will be provided, along with other needed materials.

Material Donations

We are looking for contractors interested in donating and helping to design and prepare materials for the murals.
