  • Go to a local bakery, coffee shop or restaurant and treat yourself to a delicious snack.

  • Make a vision board for yourself. 

  • Make yourself kindness cards to remind yourself you are worth it!

  • Make amends with someone.

  • Put on your favourite music and dance like no one can see you!

  • Reach out to someone in your past who made a positive impression on you and thank them.

  • Read a book that challenges you.

  • Receive Kindness.

  • Take a nature walk or hike.

  • Unplug for an hour and free yourself from the constant notifications from texts, social media, and e-mail.
