Do you want to share your stories, pictures or video of kindness. Whether you are giving or receiving kindness your stories are important to making change.

Ideas for sharing

​

• Did you, your class, your friends or family give or receive kindness that you want to share with others? Tell us about your experience. Remember, even the smallest act of kindness can change a persons day.

• Make a poster encouraging kindness by yourself or with your friends or family and take a pictures to share with others.

• Take pictures of you, your school, your friends or family celebrating kindness (cleaning up in a park, donating clothes, even just hanging out together is an act of kindness).

• Make a video supporting kindness to share with others. An idea of what your can say is:
